Alex Uphold

Alex Lee Uphold, 22, handed away on Oct. 9, 2023, in Morgantown.
He was the son of David Uphold Jr. and Jeana McCardle.

Born on April 27, 2001, Alex was a loving father, son, brother, grandson and buddy. He was a form and compassionate one that all the time put others earlier than himself. Alex had a ardour for searching, fishing and being outside. He particularly loved driving his youngsters round on 4-wheeler rides by way of the woods. He cherished spending time along with his household and mates. He was a tough employee and devoted to his job within the fuel and oil business.

Along with his dad and mom, Alex is survived by his important different Breanna Kittle, his daughter Ella Uphold and son Kayden Uphold; his siblings Daniel Henderson, Paisley Uphold, Mackenzie Uphold; and his grandparents James McCardle, Elaine McCardle and David Uphold.

He was preceded in demise by his grandmother, Tina Allen Winfield.
A viewing and funeral service can be held to honor and bear in mind Alex’s life at DeGarmo Funeral Residence. In lieu of flowers, the household requests that donations be made to the DeGarmo Funeral Residence, P.O. Field 488, Rivesville, WV 26588.

The household will obtain mates at Ford Funeral Residence, DeGarmo Chapel, 2nd & Jasper St., Rivesville, on Wednesday, Oct. 18, 2023, from 10 a.m. till 1 p.m. The funeral service can be held within the funeral residence on Wednesday, Oct. 18, 2023, at 1 p.m. with Pastor Invoice Toothman officiating. A committal service will observe at Arnettsville Cemetery.
