Principal Avenue Morgantown will maintain its sixth Arts Stroll of the 12 months from 6-9 p.m. Friday on Excessive Avenue in downtown Morgantown. The occasion’s theme is “Fall Leaves.”
Arts Walks are month-to-month road gala’s that showcase native arts and crafts from the artistic group. The September Arts Stroll will characteristic over 60 artists from Morgantown and surrounding areas. Arts Stroll attendees can discover artwork, reside music and meals vehicles. Arts Stroll can be held on the second Fridays of the month via October.
Kicking off in April, the Arts Stroll program attracts foot site visitors to downtown. The August Arts Stroll occurred on a Friday night and coincided with scholar move-in actions. Attendees had the chance to fulfill over 70 native artists and makers, go to downtown outlets and a gallery opening and revel in reside music. Arts Walks are organized by Principal Avenue Morgantown with help from the Metropolis of Morgantown, Monongalia County Fee, Morgantown Parking Authority and West Virginia College.
