Morgantown’s Yan takes third at ladies’ state golf match

ELIZABETH — Morgantown Excessive’s Grace Yan tied for third place on the WV Excessive Faculty Ladies’ State Golf Event at Mingo Backside Golf Membership on Tuesday.

Yan shot 7-over 79 on the day to complete in a tie for third place with Bridgeport’s Audrey Kerr.

Hurricane’s Savannah Hawkins received the occasion with a 2-under 70 and Westside’s Kerri-Anne Cook dinner was the runner-up, carding an even-par 72.

Yan’s MHS teammate Kaily Kellogg tied for tenth place with a spherical of 85.

Additionally competing have been two golfers from College Excessive. Abby Kingora completed twenty third with a rating of 98 and Olivia Cox shot 110 in thirty seventh place.
