A male sufferer, who had been robbed of his boots and pants, ran down Washington Avenue in Fairmont because the alleged robber chased him with a knife.
Fairmont Police arrested Jeffrey Hibbs, 35, of Fairmont, after responding to Tuesday reviews of a person being chased in his underwear. The sufferer had a number of cuts and instructed police Hibbs had robbed him as they had been strolling down the road collectively.
Hibbs allegedly instructed the sufferer he was being robbed and took the sufferer’s boots and jacket. Hibbs then pulled out a knife and demanded the sufferer’s pants, cellular phone and keys.
The sufferer instructed police Hibbs had a knife and chased him down Washington Avenue after the theft into the Transflo working yard, the place truck drivers witnessed the incident.
Police had been capable of finding and arrest Hibbs whereas taking the sufferer again to his residence.
Hibbs was charged with theft and is being held within the North Central Regional Jail.
